How we handle your information

AIExpert.sg is operated by FusionTech Labs. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language. It is not a claim of certification under any privacy scheme.

What we collect

Account details from sign-in (name, email address, profile image if your sign-in provider supplies one).
Learning choices you make: goals, starting point, pace and presentation preferences, and optional diagnostic answers.
Learning records: lesson progress, time spent, activity work, notes, quiz attempts and certificates.

We don't ask for identity documents, salary, health information or your exact birth date for course recommendations.

How we use it

To run your account, save your work, grade assessments, and issue certificates you earn. Your records are private to you; staff with an admin role can view them to support and moderate the service.

Sharing

Certificates are private by default. A public verification link exists only if you switch it on, shows only the name you choose and course details, and stops working when you switch it off. The leaderboard is opt-in. We don't sell personal data.

Newsletter consent is optional, separate and unticked by default. It is never a condition of saving your learning progress, and signing in does not subscribe you. Signup requires confirming by email; every issue has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Unconfirmed requests are deleted after 7 days; we keep minimal records of consent and unsubscribes so you are not added back by mistake. Email newsletters are not being sent yet.

Young learners

AIExpert.sg is not currently designed for young children. Please don't create an account for a child; a reviewed parent/guardian pathway is planned before we collect young children's information.
